Hello! I'm Alecia Muir, and I bring the sunshine and spirit of Jamaica to every lesson!

My journey as an educator has taken me from the vibrant culture of Jamaica to the innovative classrooms of Japan. These experiences have shaped me into a flexible, resilient educator dedicated to helping every child reach their highest potential. For over seven wonderful years, I’ve embraced the adventure of teaching, with the last three years joyfully dedicated to my favorite explorers: toddlers and young learners in a Montessori environment.

My heart is full of patience and guided by a deep understanding of what growing young minds need to flourish. Together, we play, sing, and unlock the magic of words.

Beyond the Classroom Because I am passionate about supporting parents everywhere, I’ve launched my YouTube channel: Alecia’s Montessori English.
